Terms of Service

Authorized Use

The app is a private Greenway operations tool. You may use it only if Greenway has given you access. You agree to use the app only for approved route documentation, property management, violation tracking, reporting, and related operational work.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed through your account. Do not share your login, saved service credentials, or connected Google account access with anyone who is not authorized to use the app.

Photos, Location, and Route Data

Photos, notes, timestamps, property data, unit information, route data, and optional GPS information entered or captured in the app may be used for Greenway operations, customer reporting, compliance review, and service verification.

Connected Services

The app may connect to approved services such as Supabase, CollectConnect, Apple WeatherKit, and Google Gmail. If you connect Gmail, you authorize the app to send approved operational emails from that Gmail account until you disconnect Gmail in Settings or revoke access from Google.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app to:

• Access properties, users, photos, reports, or email workflows you are not authorized to access.
• Upload false, misleading, abusive, or unrelated content.
• Interfere with app security, availability, or data integrity.
• Send unauthorized, deceptive, or non-operational email.

Access Changes

Greenway may update, limit, suspend, or remove access to the app at any time for operational, security, legal, or business reasons.

No Warranty

The app is provided for internal operational use. Greenway works to keep the app accurate and available, but the app is provided without warranties of uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
