Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

The app collects only the information needed to document Greenway collection routes and submit route photos to Greenway-approved systems.

• Account information, such as name, email address, role, and assigned properties.
• Property, building, floor, common area, dumpster, compactor, unit, and route setup information.
• Photos captured by authorized collectors, including notes, timestamps, and selected route details.
• GPS location data only when enabled or required for a property, including coordinates or address details.
• CollectConnect access tokens used by authorized DSM users and administrators for approved operational workflows.
• Google account email address, sender name, and Gmail OAuth tokens when a DSM connects Gmail for email sending.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate the Greenway route photo workflow, including:

• Authenticating authorized Greenway users.
• Showing the correct properties, buildings, floors, common areas, and dumpster or compactor locations.
• Stamping photos with route details, time, date, optional unit notes, and optional GPS information.
• Saving route photos for submission at the end of a route.
• Submitting Community Awareness reports to CollectConnect when a collector starts that process.
• Sending DSM-approved collector performance emails from the connected DSM Gmail account.

Google Gmail Access

If an authorized DSM connects Gmail, the app requests permission to send email through that DSM's Gmail account. The app uses Gmail access only to send operational Greenway emails that the DSM starts or approves inside the app. The app does not read, search, download, or sell Gmail mailbox content.

Gmail OAuth tokens are stored server-side and may be deleted by disconnecting Gmail in Settings or by revoking app access in the connected Google account. The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information or use collected information for advertising. Route information and photos may be shared only with Greenway-approved service providers used to run the app, including Supabase for app data, CollectConnect for Community Awareness report submission, and Google Gmail only when a DSM sends approved operational email through a connected Gmail account.

Device Permissions

The app requests camera access to capture route photos. Location access is requested only when GPS is used for a photo or required by the property setup. Captured stamped photos are stored in the app for route submission and are not saved to the device photo library by default.

Data Retention

Route photos and related route information are retained for operational needs, audit needs, and customer reporting. Authorized Greenway administrators may disable user accounts, update route setup data, and manage collector access.

Security

Access to the app requires a Greenway-created account. Collectors cannot self-register. User roles limit what each user can see or manage. No security method is perfect, but the app is designed to limit access to authorized Greenway operational users.
